Food Review #38: Farm Basket Snack Bar

It's pretty rare to have a clear road in Kiulap especially during peak hours! Surprise surprise! haha Thus we decided to just go to Kiulap and a few places come into mind, however mom has decided to go to Farm Basket Snack Bar. I know this place existed long time ago but I just didn't want to try it maybe because it's just not as appealing as any other restaurant? But this time, they've renovated the place and I only get to visit now. haha

Crate tables, crate seats, crate everything. haha It's pretty much the "In-Thing" now to have a restaurant with this kinda concept. But they do look much better now than before, much appealing i must say. Loving the interior but a little bit uncomfortable to sit on a hard seat like that. hehe

Mom tried the Chicken Salad. Konon nak diet lah tu. haha The chicken was too little portion but the salad was alot so it was not balance to every bite. Once you've finished the chicken then you're only left with the salads. Not nice lah kan? This cost BND 7.9 or was it BND 6.9?  

Didn't want to have anything heavy so I opted for this honey mustard fries to munch on. LOVING IT AT AN INSTANT! haha The honey mustard sauce was really good! The fries were great, crispy and not soggy! love love love this *insert love emoticon* and it cost BND 4.5 only! cheap right? I shall try other fries with other sauce next time.

What a pity I didn't try this restaurant earlier, if I would've known the food here is great I am sure to visit this place earlier. They've got quite a variety of food for you to choose from the menu, western or asian. Your pick. I want to go back there and try something else on the menu! :) (Oh! the ice lemon tea also not bad haha)
