Dinner at The Airport Restaurant.

Bonjour! :D

Last night my brother was send to Dubai, UAE on the course of work and suppose to depart at 7.55pm however the flight got delayed for 1 hour so he will only be departing at an hour later. Hence we decided to have dinner together and since all the restaurants in the airport were all closed we're left with no choice but to go to The Airport Restaurant. *My dad would kill us if we bring him to the Coffee Bean =)) *

and so we ordered..

Brunei Wok Fried Kolomee for my dad. The taste was so-so, not that tasty though. - Not sure how much was this.

Fried Chicken with Chips for mummy. The chicken totally has that burnt taste! How can you even serve it burnt? /shock 

ASEAN Wok Fried Kueh Teow Seafood. This was surprisingly okay. - B$ 8.00

As for me and Irfan, we had fish and chips. Didn't really like the batter of that fish. - B$ 10.00

ASEAN Wok Fried Noodle with Chicken was also okay and taste like any typical fried noodle. - B$ 8.00

Kek Batik for Dessert!!! /please I need not to say more about this. The best kek batik you can find! I'm totally craving for this now /omg - I think the pricing for this is by how many grams.

Not a fan of The Airport Restaurant to be honest as the food served didn't reach to my expectations. As a restaurant located in the Airport where travelers, visitors and tourists from outside Brunei come to have a taste of Brunei's cuisine, I personally think that they REALLY SHOULD improve on the TASTE most importantly and next is the PRESENTATION of the food. Hopefully they will get better the next time I visit!

Ambience: 8/10

Price: 5/10

Verdicts: Serves ASEAN cuisine such as from Malaysia, Indonesia and etc. Varieties of food choices however lack in taste and quality. The Kek Batik is the only greatest thing on the plate.
